4. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their raw content but grant ZSIDEO Content LLC the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
Any proprietary techniques, tools, or methodologies used by ZSIDEO Content LLC remain the intellectual property of the company.

5. Revisions & Delivery

We allow a unlimited number of revisions, as specified in your service agreement.
Turnaround times vary depending on project complexity and workload; estimated timelines will be communicated upfront.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

ZSIDEO Content LLC is not responsible for any loss of revenue, reputation, or business resulting from the use of our Services.

We do not guarantee specific results, such as increased engagement, views, or conversions, as content performance depends on various external factors.

7. Termination of Services

ZSIDEO Content LLC reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to any client at our discretion, especially in cases of non-payment, unprofessional conduct, or violation of these Terms.
